Packaging:

• All Packages will be marked as "Religious Item" on the top

• Invoice will not be included in the package. (Paypal invoice is the final invoice and can be printed if required)

• Customs value will be declared as Zero (Gift Item with no Commercial Value) and there will be no extra Import Tax/ Customs Duty on the item.

• Packaging cost is included in the Shipping & Handling charges

• Shipping Rates are calculated based on Actual weight.  

• After completing your shopping, you can select the mode of shipment (either Express or Registered) in the Checkout page.

• We aim to ship the package within 1 Business Day, however there might be additional 2-3 delay sometimes based on our workload and other external factors and kindly request you to bear with us. (eg. - So if you purchase on the 10th, your item will be packed and kept ready of shipment on the 11th and will be sent to the post office on the 12th).

• Shipment will be done through Indian Government’s Postal Service - "India Post" and Delivery by your Countries Government Postal Service (for US -USPS, for UK - Royal Mail, etc)

 
Tracking

You can track the status of the shipment from the "Order Status" tab in the top menu. you would require the following information to view the order status

• Transaction ID:       - e.g. 26K94A62938B5472C

• Payment Email ID:  - e.g. info@catholicliturgicals.com

You can view your government's postal website with the tracking number in the Order Status page and track the item.

# Please note that the Order Status is updated only on a weekly basis, so please do not worry if you do not find your order status updated the next day.
