This Chalice is made of Brass Sheet metal and is 24 carat Gold plated. The Chalice comes with an extra layer which is Sterling Silver Plated. The Chalice stands 9 inch (23 cm) tall and has a fluid capacity of 15.5 US fluid ounce/ 450 ml. The base of the chalice is not left hollow and is covered with a base plate.
