COLOUR VARIATIONS
Onscreen colour may appear slightly different from actuals. Catholic Liturgicals recommends that a sample be purchased prior to placing an order. The difference in color may be because of:

Dyeing process: As all fabrics are dyed separately in batches, it is possible that subtle colour variations can occur between each batch. This is not a fault of the color shade but a natural effect of the dyeing process. Therefore orders placed during different times of the year, may have slight shade variation as they are dyed in different batches.

Computer Display: Please also be aware that due to variations in monitors/ Computer displays, the appearance of colors and images in the finished product may vary to how they look on your screen.

We take pride in the quality of our work and assure you that all of our products are made to international standards (Export Quality).

SAMPLES
We take great pride in the quality of our work. If you are unsure of the color of the fabric of our finished product we highly recommend the purchase of a sample swatch pack prior to ordering. Fabric Swatches are free of cost and are subject to delivery charges.

CUSTOM ORDERS
There will be extra charges on Custom Orders to any of the following requests:
change in size of the Garment,
change in motif / orphreys / trims, etc

ERRORS
www.catholicliturgicals.com is fully committed to providing you with a flawless production process with the utmost attention to detail. If however any errors made on behalf of www.catholicliturgicals.com after the product is delivered to you, they will be remade. It is the customers responsibility to check all products during delivery and inform us incase of any errors. If any errors are found after 24 hours of delivery of the goods, we will have to charge the customers for redoing the order/ product.

DELIVERY
www.catholicliturgicals.com will deliver all products via our appointed courier partners. Please allow ample time for delivery. Urgent or special deliveries can be accommodated at an extra cost. Our Courier Partners will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts www.catholicliturgicals.com reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.

ORDER CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
We do not charge any fees for cancelling any orders. However, if the orders are shipped, then the customer needs to pay for the shipping charges incurred by us. We provide a 100% refund towards returns if there are any errors in the order. However if the order / product is returned based on customers liking/ disliking, we would charge a small fees 10% of the order value along with 100% of the Delivery Charges incurred.
